Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Verse 15 is found in chapter 2 of 2 Timothy. Timothy must avoid useless disputes and seek to present himself approved before God. The foundation remains firm because the Lord knows those who are his and requires those who call on his name to turn away from unrighteousness.
