The tree that thou sawest, which grew, and was strong, whose height reached unto the heaven, and the sight thereof to all the earth;

Verse 20 is found in chapter 4 of Daniel. Daniel is troubled because he understands that the vision announces judgment against Nebuchadnezzar. The tree represents the king himself, whose authority has extended over much of the known world. The interpretation maintains the symbolic language of the dream while revealing its moral function: imperial greatness does not guarantee stability when a ruler forgets that his authority is subordinate to God’s rule.

El árbol que viste, que crecía y se hacía fuerte, y que su altura llegaba hasta el cielo, y su vista por toda la tierra;
L'arbre que tu as vu, qui était devenu grand et fort, dont la cime s'élevait jusqu'aux cieux, et qu'on voyait de tous les points de la terre;
L’albero che tu hai veduto, il quale era grande, e forte, e la cui cima giungeva fino al cielo, e i cui rami si stendevano per tutta la terra;
A árvore que viste, que cresceu, e se fez forte, cuja altura chegava até ao céu, e que foi vista por toda a terra;
