Verse 19 is found in chapter 7 of Daniel. Daniel specifically asks about the fourth beast and the little horn that speaks arrogantly and persecutes the saints. The scene combines earthly oppression with heavenly judgment: while hostile power appears to prevail for a period, the court ultimately pronounces judgment in favor of the saints. The people’s perseverance is linked to the certainty that God has the final word.
