Verse 11 is found in chapter 1 of Ezra. The enumeration of the sacred vessels concludes the chapter by emphasizing that the restoration was not merely symbolic, but concrete. The objects belonging to the temple are counted and delivered for transport to Jerusalem. The inventory prepares the later account of reconstruction and shows that the new beginning is directly connected with the temple that existed before the exile.
