The verse 9 is found in chapter 26 of Isaiah. Judah’s song presents the fortified city not as a military fortress, but as a community whose security is in Yahweh. Peace belongs to those who keep their minds fixed on God and trust in him. Righteousness becomes the path of life, while the prosperity of the wicked does not produce true justice.
