The verse 20 is found in chapter 48 of Isaiah. Israel knows Yahweh’s name but has been stubborn. God announces new things to demonstrate that he controls history and does not share his glory with idols. Deliverance from Babylon again appears as an opportunity to listen and obey, while the chapter ends by stating that the wicked have no true peace.
