The verse 15 is found in chapter 27 of Jeremiah. The message is also directed to Zedekiah, the priests, and the people: accepting the Babylonian yoke is presented as the way to preserve life. Prophets who announce the immediate return of the temple vessels are denounced. The time of restoration belongs to God and cannot be accelerated by human proclamations.
