Verse 15 is found in chapter 29 of Numbers. The Feast of Tabernacles receives an extensive set of sacrifices over several days. The number of bulls decreases progressively while the other prescribed sacrifices continue. The ritual structure communicates the solemnity of the feast and its national character.
