Verse 10 is found in chapter 8 of Proverbs. Wisdom appears publicly again, but now with greater intensity: she speaks in visible places and addresses all humanity. Her message is upright, truthful, and superior to silver and wealth. The contrast with the seductive woman of the previous chapter is significant: both voices call to human beings, but one offers discernment while the other offers a hidden path toward destruction.
