Verse 2 is found in chapter 97 of Psalms. Psalm 97 proclaims the Lord as King and describes his rule through cloud, fire, lightning, and mountains melting before him. The psalm ends by exhorting those who love the Lord to hate evil and rejoice in his holiness.
