Verse 18 is found in chapter 16 of Revelation. The seventh bowl is poured into the air, and a loud voice from the temple declares, "It is done." Lightning, voices, thunder, the greatest earthquake, and the division of the great city occur. The cities of the nations fall, and Babylon receives the cup of God’s wrath. Islands and mountains disappear, and enormous hailstones fall upon people, who again blaspheme God. The phrase "It is done" anticipates consummation and connects the cycle of bowls with the final outcome.
