Verse 3 is found in chapter 34 of Job. Elihu examines Job’s words again and rejects the idea that God could commit injustice. He states that God rules without partiality and cannot act wickedly. His primary concern is to preserve divine justice, but in doing so he again interprets Job’s words as though they constituted an accusation against God’s government.
