Verse 10 is found in chapter 12 of Revelation. Michael and his angels fight against the dragon and his angels, and the dragon is cast out of heaven. The text identifies the dragon with the ancient serpent, called the Devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world. A heavenly voice interprets the expulsion as the arrival of salvation, power, and the kingdom of God and the authority of his Christ. The victory is linked to the blood of the Lamb and the testimony of believers, who did not love their lives even unto death.
