The verse 15 is found in chapter 41 of Jeremiah. Johanan rescues the captives taken by Ishmael and prepares to flee to Egypt out of fear of Babylon. The group reaches Geruth Chimham near Bethlehem, but still does not know what to do. Fear dominates their decisions and prepares the conflict between the search for human security and the prophetic word.
